Since every home is unique pricing is based on each individual’s situation.

SOME CHECKPOINTS IN HOME WATCH SERVICE:

• All doors and windows / Thermostat – Heat - AC / Sump pump
• Sinks / Toilets / Tubs / Basins / Washer / Refrigerator / Freezer
• Ceiling / Basement / Garage / Generator
• Walk around outside of house; look for any obstructions / out of the ordinary observations
• Gutters, shutters, exhaust vents, pests, etc.
• Replace Light bulbs – batteries
• HVAC filter replacement

Each visit will be followed up with an email report summarizing observations and pictures.
