Welcome! I’m Sam D’Alfonso, founder and operator of Peace Of Mind Home Property Managers.

My journey as a business owner began in 1996 when I founded a computer hardware company that I still operate today.

Parallel to my tech background, I have spent years buying, managing, and maintaining commercial and residential real estate. Through hands-on property management, I learned firsthand how quickly a small maintenance issue can turn costly if left unchecked.

In 2021, I realized I could combine my technical problem-solving skills with my property management experience to fill a vital need in our community. When you work with Peace Of Mind, you receive 30 years of business integrity and a seasoned property owner dedicated to keeping your home safe, secure, and pristine while you are away.
